[dopevan] above the trees registration is now open

hi everyone,

registration is now live for above the trees 2017! sorry that this took so
long.. it's been a tough summer (for a lot of us, i know).

anyway, the format is more or less the same as last year. here's how the
flow works:

   1. register via the form at abovethetrees.org
   2. we will send you an email with the link to buy tickets. tickets
   include food and are either $130 or $150 depending on how much you can
   afford. lodging in the cabins is extra (unless you want to sleep in a tent
   - that's free).
   3. after you purchase your ticket, your email confirmation will include
   a link to the spreadsheet for meal signup, carpooling, etc.

dates this year are october 12-15 and we are, of course, hosting the event
here in ahwahnee at our lovely facility. please invite anyone you think
would "get" this event - it's always fun to have newbies in the group.
there is also an faq on the website that has some handy info.
